Typ 356 Northeast is dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment
of theTech Session at KTR
Thanks to Dave and Judy Willard for organizing a great event. We rolled 11 cars
for 15 members and another 7 guest and associates. A perfect day was
complimented by a great drive though Carlisle, Harvard Ayer. We'll have to do it
again and take time for some photo ops.
Our newest member, Klaus Steibrueck, gave us a tour of their shop with historic
race car projects everywhere (say 40). The day's focus started with some
pointers on what not to do (change the oil) and it's impact on our engines.
After pizza we saw a valve adjustment and learned about the process and how a 50
year old engine has a few special items to check.
