German Car Day

Date: Sunday, June 20.
Venue: Museum of Transportation.
Address: 15 Newton Street, Brookline, MA (see map below).

Lars Anderson Museum of Transportation will hold their annual German Car Day once again on Sunday, June 20 in Brookline, MA. Always a big turnout of Porsches, the lawn will be filled with BMW's, Mercedes, VWs and the occasional Opel GT. The grass will begin to fill at 9AM and run until about 3PM.

Judging is by popular vote so clean is good but period correct is not a deal breaker. It's whatever the crowd likes.

Join us if you can. Give a shout to Tom Tate so that he can save you a good spot to park.

If there is sufficient interest the Tate household will flip burgers in Medfield for anyone who can make it as we usually sneak out about 1:00-1:30. The Puddle Jumper is back from the paint shop ('58 Sunroof Coupe) and assembly has started so there is a new project to see also.
