20th Annual Vintage Celebration

Date/Time: Saturday, May 22, 2010
Location: New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Loudon, NH.
Departing: Exit 36 on Rt 95 in Woburn at 8:00AM.

As the 20th Annual Vintage Celebration is closely approaching I wanted to give you some important details. There are two documents; the full schedule and the Car Corral Registration Form. This form MUST be filled out by May 10th and the fee is $25 if you plan on entering your car in the show. After May 10th it will be $30.

We are going to have group parking set up and I will pass along those details as soon as it is confirmed.

I plan on heading out from Exit 36 on Rt 95 in Woburn at 8:00AM on Saturday May 22nd. At the exit there is an old GM dealership across from West Marine where we will meet at 7:30AM. There is a gas station and Dunkin Donuts in either direction on Washington St. for those who need to refuel themselves and their cars. The road to NHMS is most direct via Rt 93N to 393 to 106N but I plan on exiting 93N at Exit 3 (Rt 111) just after the MA/NH border and head up 28N. The races start at 10:15 so I would like to roll out at 8:00 sharp. There will be a drivers meeting at 7:45 for those who will be joining the group. Shannon and I will not be staying over but if the action is hot and heavy I will most likely be heading back up on Sunday if possible so let me know if anyone would like to join me in a drive on Sunday as well.

If you plan on joining me Saturday morning, please let me know by Thursday the 20th so I can get a list together for the group and be sure I have enough packets for everyone.

Lastly, if there are other driving groups being planned from different parts of New England or at different times, please let me know as soon as you can and I will try to arrange rendezvous points as well as relay the routes and times to the other members who have expressed interest in the vintage races.
