Administration

  1. The Meeting Minutes from July 12, 2005 were approved as submitted.
  2. Ron Swenson presented the Treasurer’s report in Jerry Tulis’s absence. The current Club balance is $2,430.57. The annual Club insurance bill of $811 was paid last month. Both Ron and Jerry feel that there is adequate funding to carry the Club events for the remainder of 2005.
  3. Bob DiCorpo, Membership Chairman, reported that there are 118 paid up members.
     

Scheduling and Events

The upcoming events were discussed. Due to the fact that the events are displayed on the Club website, that they are publicized by e-mail and that there are a significant number of events they will not be reviewed separately in these notes. Please refer to the schedule of events on the Club website and the customary e-mail channel.

New Business

  1. Larry Bingaman was appointed as a Member at Large.
  2. The upcoming election was discussed. Len Cannizzaro will be posting a list of candidates in the fall.


The September Board Meeting will be held on September 13, 2005. The time and location will be announced at a later date.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
