All the following events were discussed at the meeting. Exact schedules, rain dates, directions, etc. should be checked for the specific details on the Club website.

- A tour to Tanglewood was discussed and put off unto next year due to the crowded schedule and the required lead-time to reserve lodging.
Communication
- The Club newsletter will go to proof on August 15th and will be issued on the first of September.
- Ron Swenson recommended that each event coordinator designate someone before each event to write the article for the newsletter.
- A Technical Issue of the newsletter was discussed. Because of the fact that all technical items appear either on the Club website or in the newsletter, it was decided that the time necessary to produce this publication was not justified.
New Business
- The East Coast Holiday in 2006 was discussed. Ron Swenson will renew contact with the Registry coordinators at the East Coast Holiday in Williamsburg.
- Making permanent nametags for events was considered. It was decided that the coordination would be difficult and that people tend to forget them.
- A book of business cards for members was also discussed. It was tabled and will be brought up for further discussion at the August meeting.
- Ron Swenson suggested that consideration be given to a day for the members to bring their “other” collector car.
The next meeting will be held on August 4th at Finnerty’s in Wayland at 6:00
p.m.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Jim O’Hare, Secretary
