The Typ356ne club held it's annual F1 Kart racing activity in Braintree, Mass. on March 12, 2006. There were 24 member/family/friends who were ready, able and willing to race. The F1 Boston Karting people were very professional and the facility was outstanding. Drivers attended a mandatory learning and safety briefing prior to racing. Each driver participated in 3 races with 8 drivers with the best times driving in a final 4th race. Every driver received a computer print out of each race including comprehensive data including a graphic line chart of the times for each lap. The final winners were:
1st Place.....Eric Nichols
2nd Place....Mike Milewski
3rd Place.....Tom Gentz
Fun was had by all and the racing spirit amongst the Porsche club members is alive and well. Afterward several stayed around to discuss their fabulous racing ability over a great lunch.
