The TYP356ne club celebrated this year's Founders' Day with a visit to the Canterbury Shaker Village. It was a beautiful New England day to let the old Porsches out for a run. Starting from either the
I-95 North rest area in Seabrook, NH or the I-93 North rest area in Salem, NH, fifteen early Porsches
headed for the Canterbury, NH Shaker Village for lunch, a site tour and good conversation.
Both groups took the roads-less-traveled and arrived by noon to meet five other TYP356ne couples
already relaxing on the grounds of the restored early Shaker community. Our group could be seen
eating picnic lunches on the grass, soup and sandwiches from the snack bar or seated at the Shaker
Table Restaurant for a leisurely brunch.
Tourmeister Don Osborne conceived and organized an exceptional drive today.
