This past Sunday approximately 50 members of the TYP356ne club attended one of the most talked about events for the Fall season. George and Jennifer Nelson hosted a luncheon/social (now that is a understatement) for the members of our club. The weather was gorgeous and over 15
Porsches met for the party. We all marveled at the Nelson's cozy home and of course George's garage. We gathered in his garage and driveway
and pretended to talk cars but we were all anxiously waiting for the bell to ring for lunch. Jennifer and her friend/business partner Nina prepared an all
German lunch that included Barley and Carrot soups, sauerbraten, ham, red cabbage and other various vegetable dishes, sauerkraut and sausage,
spatzel, apple strudel and German chocolate cake, just to name a few dishes.
The members went from room to room to the food, their cars, issues of the day and of course to catch up on things we all did during the Summer.
Members of the club owe a special "Thanks" to George for all he has done to keep our cars on the road. This social was nothing less than outstanding and a special thanks to George and Jennifer for hosting it.
This event will be talked about for months to come. For those who missed it "Sorry".
