The TYP356ne club held its Holiday Party at the Stockyard Restaurant in Brighton, Mass. Approximately 55 Club members attended this annual event which highlights the past year's events. First, club members enjoyed a delightful cocktail hour. Everyone enjoyed discussing the past year's events, renewed friendships, and discussed the exciting things we hoped for each other in the upcoming year. This was followed by an excellent dinner. Club President Bill Collins gave a talk regarding the Club's 2008 events and accomplishments with a eye looking forward to 2009. He also introduced each member of the Board and talked about their responsibilities. Don Osborne (Tourmeister) outlined the Spring Tour outing planned for June 2009 which will be held at the "Trapp Family
Lodge" in Stowe, Vermont. Bob DiCorpo (the gift master) then proceeded to hold a raffle/drawing which included 36 gifts donated by the Typ356ne Club and very generous Club members. At the conclusion of the party, Ron Swenson handed out a package for every member. This included the TYP356ne Newsletter for January, 2009, and a copy of the 1st Newsletter which was done in January, 1999.
