The barbeque and social gathering of the Typ356ne at the McManus' home this past Sunday was an overwhelming success. More than 50 club members and co-members were treated to incredible barbequed chicken (thanks Greg), freshly picked corn on the cob and a sensational garden salad. As much as everyone loved Greg's chicken, the hit of the party was the homemade blueberry pies made by Christine McManus. She worked on the pies both Friday and Saturday, and believe me, not only was her work appreciated, but the taste of her pies was enjoyed thoroughly by all. (Some of us more than others - 2 slices).
Thank you Christine and Greg for your hospitality. I didn't hear one complaint. If I had, I would have eaten their chicken and blueberry pie too.
